A good destination not only because of its gourmet food and good service, Mestizo also boasts a stunning architecture and privileged location.

At the south end of Parque Bicentenario, this restaurant has brought to Chilean cuisine some aspects of international gastronomy resulting in delicious, well-presented ceviches, main dishes and desserts.

The organic chicken with mashed potatoes followed by the homemade style flan in manjar sauce make a perfect two-course meal. Located in front of the lake, when reserving your table, ask to be sited at the terrace for a chic romantic meal. Sunset at Mestizo accompanied by a good vintage of Cabernet Sauvignon is as romantic as it can get. Making a reservation is highly recommended as this is currently the fad in Santiago.
